Forum Insurance – Rebrand

Anton Hilton • October 26, 2020

At Forum Insurance, we love celebrations! And what better occasion to rejoice than our anniversary of being up and running in the market for a whole thirty years. While we’re going to continue providing the same exemplary services, we’re going to do all that with a new look. After all, self-presents are the best, and we decided to rebrand ourselves as a treat to our customers and ourselves!

Why Rebrand?

You must be wondering, why are we deviating from our original look and going down the route of rebranding? Well, since Forum Insurance operates in the service sector, our outlook is extremely important for the image that forms in our customers’ and competitors’ minds. With design and presentation being an ever-changing field, it is time for us to step into a more modern, on-trend appearance that catches attention from the get-go.

We also believe that our new look will better represent what we stand for in terms of reliability and our commitment to providing dedicated customer service. It will also make things much smoother for you, which is always our end goal. After all, the better our reputation and the more recognisable our brand, the better it is for you!

The Works

So, what exactly will rebranding entail? And what changes will it introduce into our company structure? Essentially, rebranding will involve a change to the exterior of our company, with the interior working – the insurance packages and other services themselves – remaining intact.

We have introduced a new, revamped logo that better suits the face of our brand, and our website has undergone extensive work. Not only has the interface been made more user friendly, but the new website is also more engaging and functional for our customers with a secure online portal. But our work is not just limited to our logo and website; our social media handles have also been curated to fit our new presence with customer engagement being made that much better.

Rebranding and the Customer

Now, you must be thinking to yourself: what’s in it for you? Well, the core purpose behind rebranding is to lift our company image in the market, and the better our reputation, the greater the benefits for our customers. Not only will you be able to break free from our previously dated image, but you’ll also be able to enjoy all the perks that a modern firm brings.

So, it’s clear that rebranding has some good news in store for you!

The Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors (Chartered IIA) has seen cybersecurity rank as its top risk for the third year straight. But their survey has also brought new dangers to light with the recent surge of COVID-19 seeing disasters and crisis preparedness ranking as a new top five risk. The results came about after a comprehensive survey of over 570 Chief Audit Executives. Of these, 79% labelled cybersecurity as one of the greatest corporate risks that they had to deal with, whereas 27% labelled it as the single greatest risk. This growing fear of having inadequate cybersecurity has seen a surge with the advent of remote working as individuals and companies are now all the more reliant on technology, making them that much more susceptible to viruses, phishing activities, and malware practices.
